On Friday afternoon, RJB Drama Club members assembled in Ms. Buckhout’s classroom to finally get the answer to the burning question on all their minds. Can you guess what that might be? The show, of course! The young actors were told the big reveal at the start of the first club meeting. Drum roll, please…The Most Epic Birthday Ever!
The children’s original musical by Beat by Beat Productions tells the story of resilience in the face of adversity, working together to solve a problem, and learning that responsibility is a lifelong lesson. “This musical has positive themes and dynamic characters. I’m excited for RJB drama club students to experience the joy of it,” said Ms. Buckhout. “The music in the show is perfect for this age group. It’s fun, lyrical, and allows students the opportunity to be challenged and develop their talent.”
